How to ask about a bag
On each product card, “Ask on Viber” and “Ask on WhatsApp” open a chat with the boutique.
On Viber, state the brand and model of the bag in your message.
On WhatsApp, the message already contains the brand and model: send it as it is, or add the colour you prefer.
The price of each bag
On the product cards, prices are shown in euros: bags cost from €70 to €300.
For bags marked “Price on request”, we will give you the price on Viber, on WhatsApp or by phone.
Colours and availability
Many bags come in several colours, even if the photo shows only one.
Ask on Viber or WhatsApp whether the colour you want is in the shop.
New arrivals
When new models arrive, the boutique adds them to the catalogue.
If a model is not in the catalogue, ask for it on Viber or WhatsApp.
